Glute World Order is Power School Gym’s signature program designed specifically for women who are ready to take their training seriously—without feeling out of place. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all bootcamp. It’s a structured, glute-focused strength program built to shape, tone, and build real lower body strength. Led by certified trainers who understand proper form, progression, and what actually works, you’ll be guided every step of the way—whether you’re lifting solo or joining a group session.
What makes Glute World Order different is the environment. There’s no judgment, no pressure—just real women training hard and supporting each other. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to dial in your form and level up your glute gains, this program gives you the tools, space, and support to do it right. Train confidently, challenge yourself, and feel stronger every week.
Each session typically is 60 minutes, and is done 3x a week, however programs can be adjusted for your needs.
If you are more comfortable training in groups, we offer group classes also!
